The report nobody wants to build is the one that keeps the account

The data's already in Meta's API, and people are still copy-pasting it into Excel. What actually retains a client isn't the dashboard, it's showing up on time.

Meta AdsAutomationAgencies

If your agency runs Meta accounts, you already know which day nobody wants: report day. Going into each account, pulling the CSV, pasting into Excel, consolidating, sending. The data is already there, in Meta's API, and people are still copying it by hand.

I built this report for a marketing agency running a real estate account in Mexico. Every Monday the agency's client gets an email with the agency's own design, the week's metrics compared to the previous one, and the full report attached as a Doc and a PDF.

The end client doesn't see the automation. They see their agency sending the report on time, every Monday, with a short read on what changed and what to move. That's what keeps accounts: not the dashboard, the punctuality.

How I built it, without the fine print: it reads straight from Meta's API, no manual CSV exports, builds the week-over-week comparison on its own, and puts together both the email and the Doc with the agency's own branding. It runs itself every Monday. Nobody on the agency's side touches an Excel file.

The client isn't buying the automation. They're buying the fact that their agency never forgets.

Do you run Meta accounts for clients and still build this by hand? Message me, I'll show you how we did it.
